📌 About Your New Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in PHP development, particularly with Laravel and Yii frameworks. In this role, you will serve as the Technical Lead, driving architecture and design decisions while mentoring engineers across the team. You will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable applications and lead efforts in delivering high-quality, resilient software.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 🏗️ Lead the design and architecture of scalable web applications.
• 💻 Develop and maintain robust PHP applications using Laravel and Yii.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• ✅ Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and best practices.
• 🌟 Mentor and support engineering team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
• 🔄 Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and team productivity.
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

📋 Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• ⏳ 7+ years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on Laravel and Yii frameworks.
• 🔍 Proven experience as a technical lead, architecting scalable solutions.
• 📐 Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and best practices.
• 🌐 Experience with RESTful APIs, database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and version control (Git).
• 💡 Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• 🧩 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 💬 Strong communication and leadership skills.
