The Telesales Retention role is responsible for managing high-value customers in Ontario, focusing on retention and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and has a sales mindset.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Problem-solving and customer-first mindset
  • Sales mindset with strong analytical and data-driven skills
  • Passion for sports, casino, live casino, or other gaming experiences
  • Knowledge of Ontario and US sports, including major local and national leagues
  • Experience in the gaming industry (not mandatory)
