Location: Stockholm Office - Hybrid

This is a leadership role within the CRM team where the Senior CRM Manager is responsible for managing and leading the Swedish CRM Team across all brands as well as key/high profile CRM projects alongside the Head of Customer Engagement. You will be the driving force behind continued optimisation and success across the Swedish CRM team with strong project management, data analytics & organisational skills.

As a leader, in this role, you will be working across multiple brands, managing the CRM Team and ensuring we’re continuously optimising and improving month after month. Data analytics, CRM Planning, Coaching, Project Prioritisation will be key factors in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of CRM strategies across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Utilising data sources to gain insights into player behaviour, market performance, campaign performance and translating into meaningful actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, telesales, VIP, CX to align CRM initiatives with broader organisational initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in CRM practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and customer experience management

About you:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Marketing mindset and analytical traits
  • Experience of managing a team
  • CRM experience is a must
  • Methodical and structured
  • Social and loves working in multi-cultural environment
  • Likes sport, casino, live casino or other type of games
