The Policy Fellow role involves conducting policy research and analysis, developing specialized expertise in key policy areas, and managing day-to-day external policy partnerships. The fellow will work with the Policy team to research, generate, and advance policy ideas, and will also help manage the day-to-day of an external policy partnership. This is a 15-month full-time position that will last from June 16, 2026 to September 17, 2027.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of a master's program in public policy or education policy
- 2-3 years of work experience related to public policy, data analysis, consulting, or education
- General knowledge of K-12 and/or higher education issues from a state- or national-level
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
- Ability to analyze and succinctly summarize key data points
- Available to travel 6-10 times over the course of the year
