- Has managed a cross-functional team (operations, service, growth)
- Has owned a growth or revenue number and moved it
- AI-native: uses AI daily and understands how it changes service delivery economics
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing every hat
