Requirements

• 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes.
• Strong execution-focused mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with short-term planning.
• Hands-on experience with multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Experience leading a Platform or similar domain team (desired).
