We’re looking for a sharp, curious strategist to help push strategy forward across projects, pitches, and editorial. This is a hands-on role — you’ll lead day-to-day strategy on client work, own and support RFPs, and help shape how CNC shows up in the world through case studies, POVs, and thought pieces.
We want someone with a strong point of view — someone who’s not afraid to push a conversation, challenge consensus thinking, or offer a smarter angle when something feels too expected. You should be plugged in to the world around you — not just adland, but culture more broadly. We’re looking for someone who reads, watches, listens, and pays attention.
You don’t need to come from an experiential background — in fact, we’d welcome someone with a different perspective. What matters most is that you’re thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely want to help make better work. You’ll be working closely with our VP, Strategy, and alongside account, creative, and production teams — so being a good teammate is key. You care about the work, you care about the people you’re making it with, and you hold yourself to a high standard.
There’s room to grow in this role — but you’ll need to come in ready to contribute, learn fast, and help sharpen the thinking across everything we do.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategy on day-to-day client projects
- Running point on select RFPs
- Supporting bigger pitches with research, insights, and sharp thinking
- Writing POVs, helping shape case studies, and contributing to thought leadership
- Acting as a strategic sounding board for creative and account teams
- Someone who writes clearly and thinks sharply
- A strong point of view — not just what’s popular, but what’s smart
- Culturally connected — plugged in, observant, curious
- A good collaborator who wants to help make the best work, not just tick the box
- High standards, self-driven, open to learning and leveling up
- Some agency or brand-side experience (2-5 years-ish, but we care more about capability than years)
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
