Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.)
- Create and manage dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL
- Build and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms via APIs and connectors
- Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
- Strong understanding of data modeling and segmentation within SFMC
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Agile/Scrum project experience
