Senior Technical Coach (Java)

Code First Girls is seeking experienced Java developers to provide technical 1:1 coaching for Software Engineers working with our partner companies. This is a freelance role, designed to support graduates and/or employees' professional growth over a six-month programme while helping CFG address the gender imbalance in tech.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Java developer (5–6 years minimum)
• Strong technical skills in Java (backend)
• Strong experience and knowledge of: DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Technical architecture knowledge, Queuing systems and queuing theory, Technical decision-making expertise
