We're currently looking for an Apps & Automation Manager (N8n + HubSpot Expert) to build, manage, and scale N8n workflows and optimize our HubSpot CRM setup.
Requirements
- Build, manage, and scale N8n workflows for internal and external processes
- Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM setup, properties, workflows, sequences, and integrations
- Configure and maintain integrations between tools like Zapier, Make, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, GCal, Gmail, and others
- Partner with ops, sales, marketing, and product teams to design automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Maintain clear documentation and testing protocols for every automation
- Monitor and debug any automation issues or failures, ensuring uptime and reliability
- Help us migrate legacy automations from Zapier/Make into N8n when appropriate
