As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will be the strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will design the systems, processes, and data engines that support predictable, efficient, and scalable revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations function in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics, and modern GTM tooling
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to dive deep into data and process details
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
