Java Developer (worldwide remote, work anywhere)

What will you do in this role?

• Your role will involve enhancing the security of Java and delving deep into its inner workings.
• You'll be tasked with conducting research and running experiments to expedite the assembly of Java packages.
• The fruits of your labor will be a more secure Java environment, facilitating the development work of others.
• You'll be investigating vulnerabilities in Java and Java libraries, particularly focusing on the most popular end-of-life versions of Java.
• Your responsibilities will also include improving automation processes that construct the dependency tree and automatically rebuild projects, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 4+ years in software development.
• High-level Java core, Spring framework.
• Experience with NoSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Gitlab as CI/CD will be a plus.
• Experience with repository management systems such as Nexus will be a plus.
