Cloudbeds is a revolutionary hospitality company that is looking for a Partner Program Coordinator (Contract) to join their team. As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for running the operational engine behind Cloudbeds' global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in partner programs, program coordination, or sales/marketing operations, advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce, and a global mindset.
Requirements
- End-to-End Operations: Manage daily program execution, including the tracking and reporting of partner activities.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Visualization: Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide visibility into program performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Process Evolution: Support high-priority projects focused on operational scalability and process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product and more, to ensure partner alignment.
