Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Generate maximum MQLs/SALs in order to meet targeted number of opportunities
Plan and manage the campaign calendar for assigned products
Ensure relevant marketing materials are ready prior to launch
Effectively manage message-mix across ClinicMind offerings and related campaigns
Ensure maximum account & contact penetration across campaigns
Build accurate and consistent talking points for each campaign based on the messaging including: Killer Questions, Win-Result statements
Work closely with marketing and account executives to align lead generation efforts and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team
Establishing connections
Building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within the target organization to open communication channels, understand needs, and gain influence.
Economic Buying Influencers
User Buying Influencers
Technical Buying Influencers
Outbound Prospecting:
Cold calling chiropractors, clinic managers, and practice owners.
Booking qualified discovery/demo calls for Solution Consultants.
Expand the prospect database via extensive research (via Google, LinkedIn and other sources) to help identify the target accounts
Lead Management:
Identify pain points in billing, RCM, EHR, credentialing, or compliance.
Get a buy in from decision makers for setting up the meeting within an account
Support the team in generating and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound sales campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
CRM & Follow-up:
Assist in tracking team metrics, pipeline status, and daily reporting using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Sending follow-up emails and nurture interested but not-yet-ready prospects.
Market Feedback:
Relay objections and feedback to the marketing/sales team for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or any business-related course
2-4 years of experience in an outbound sales calling environment, with the drive to make 80-100 calls per day
2-4 years of experience with sales tools, including Salesforce and CRM tools
Proven track record for articulating cloud-based software products and building rapport with prospects
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and the customer
Basic understanding of EHR, RCM, and healthcare admin workflows.
