Key Responsibilities:
- Own and Manage ClickBank’s B2B Email Marketing Program from top to bottom. Including everything from large email campaigns, client nurture/retention/ascension automations, to managing ClickBank’s email health
- Growing and supporting our Demand Generation efforts with our email program
- Build email campaigns that have a direct impact on ClickBank’s lead funnel. Including sourcing quality leads and improving the velocity through the sales process.
- Build email campaigns that create and capture demand for ClickBank and affiliate marketing
- Leverage our email program and nurture flows to ascend ClickBank’s clients into higher revenue tiers and increase brand loyalty
- Manage our millions of marketing contacts, ClickBank clients, and a vast sea of data in using our current HubSpot enterprise account and maintain ClickBank’s 99.99% email deliverability
- Become a data scientist to identify patterns amongst ClickBank’s clients and build/test lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve client growth velocity
- Most importantly, you will work with ClickBank’s marketing team, sales team, product team, and data team to help create and capture demand while helping our current ClickBankers find success on our platform by putting the right content in front of the right people at the right time.
Requirements
- You are really good at email marketing (this means you have been directly managing and owning a successful B2B email program for at least 2 years and have a track record to back it up)
- You have a robust knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing and ascending, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies and specifically, how an email program impacts each of these strategies.
- You really like to write copy and design emails that inspires people to take action
- You have a deep understanding of what it means to measure your emails against “the big picture” (meaning you don’t just measure off open and click rates but how well that email impacts or contributes to larger company goals)
- A strong understanding of ESP reputation management
- A demonstrated ability to pull and dissect data to drive email strategy
- Direct experience with a/b testing in an email environment to better support company goals
- A master-level understanding on how to improve email performance
- Direct daily experience with HubSpot or the equivalent
- You’re soft skills includes strong prioritization and agility (the ability to execute quickly, measure impact, and keep moving)
