Founder Associate Intern

Special Setup: We are working from hackerhouses, i.e. the whole team is living and working from the same house. We are looking for someone who wants to go all-in and work with us here. We’ll relocate to San Francisco soon and will support you with your visa.

We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. By automating and optimizing processes within the $600B global headhunting industry, we aim to dramatically enhance outcomes for both candidates and companies. We’re at a pivotal moment—right before liftoff. Early enough that you’ll get meaningful ownership. Far enough that we’ve got a product, paying customers, and a team of A-players.

Your Mission:

We’re experiencing rapid growth, with hundreds of exceptional candidates approaching us daily. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these candidates enjoy an exceptional journey, connecting them to career-defining opportunities at some of the most elite startups globally. This is a mission-critical role.

You’ll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go-to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates. We’re looking for ambitious, driven overachievers ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and shape the future of talent acquisition.

Intensely non-remote & hardcore:

• Current set-up: Hacker-House in SF

• Live & build with small founding team

• Zero commute, 10× feedback loops & team bonding

• Our international team flew in from Germany, Canada, Sweden

• Working on the largest talent market - the US - on the same time zone
