What You'll Do:

  • Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the Records and Research department, directly influencing customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Build a collaborative and motivated team that delivers reliable results.
  • Strengthen supplier and client partnerships to optimize service offerings and maintain competitive advantages.

Success Measures:

  • Consistently achieve and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
  • Improve team performance and engagement metrics.
  • Meet and exceed quality benchmarks.
  • Build and establish standards.
  • Optimize processes and eliminate process bloat.

Key Outcomes:

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee order fulfillment, order review, and compliance processes to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Implement workflow strategies that optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Solve operational bottlenecks and streamline procedures to reduce errors and delays.

Team Leadership
  • Foster a positive team culture through effective training, mentoring, and communication.
  • Provide guidance to Record and Research Specialists for professional growth and adherence to policies.
  • Actively performance manage and elevate team achievement.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar industry and prior managerial experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with employment screening processes and related regulations is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Ability: Competence in interpreting business data and identifying actionable insights.
  • Remote Work: A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
