We are seeking 3 AWS Support Engineers for a 3-month fully remote contract. The role involves providing Tier 1 & 2 phone support, troubleshooting, and documentation for a customer in California.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience providing tier 1 & 2 support of AWS Connect
- AWS Connect troubleshooting experience
- Documentation experience
- Prior experience helping to build custom reports to show efficiency of configurations and integrations in AWS Connect Reporting Dashboard
