Requirements
5 to 10 years of Data Science experience
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
Experience across the full data science lifecycle
Ability to build scalable and reusable data science products
Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or C++
Advanced SQL knowledge
Knowledge of experimental design and analysis
Expertise in at least one area: Classical ML, Deep Learning (fine-tuning), Optimization, or LLM/RAG
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset
Candidate must have own laptop
Responsibilities
Design, build, and productionize data science and AI solutions
Perform data analysis to generate actionable business insights
Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and AI consultants
Support client engagements with high-quality analytical deliverables
Identify AI and automation opportunities for clients
Contribute to solution design, proposals, and thought leadership
