As a District Manager in Training, you will provide information to store management, manage controllable costs, and collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotions and new product introductions are fully implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
