Location: This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston.
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

District Manager Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Work Model
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
  • Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
  • Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.

District Manager Requirements

  • Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
  • Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week. Out of state travel may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
