Requirements
- Experience with customization of workflows in ServiceNow.
- Basic administration of modules such as ITSM and familiarity with ITOM.
- Practical experience with Service Catalog and Incident Management.
- Basic notions about creating Service Portals.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for simple customizations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for interface adjustments.
- Familiarity with Glide API for intermediate customizations.
- Basic experience with REST API.
- Ability to perform simple integrations with external systems.
- Knowledge of MID Server for integration issues.
- Experience with data queries in ServiceNow using MySQL.
- Ability to create basic reports with Performance Analytics.
- Practical knowledge in ITIL.
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum in IT projects.
- Basic notions of Active Directory (AD) and integration with SSO.
- Familiarity with simple monitoring tools.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) desirable.
- Interest in obtaining specific implementation certification (CIS).
- Basic notions of Cloud Computing.
- Initial experience with DevOps practices.
