The role requires transversal action between squads, being a technical reference and promoting excellence in engineering, governance, and value delivery.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience as a Software Architect or Staff Engineer in complex environments.
- Experience with cloud architecture using AWS, including microservices, serverless, and distributed systems.
- Experience with backend development using.NET and Java.
- Experience with modern frontend using Vue.js, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Knowledge in REST API architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices such as Terraform and GitHub Actions.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, modular monoliths, and event-driven architecture.
- Dominion of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code best practices.
- Experience with observability, including logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Ability to define standards, technical governance, and conduct strategic architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and influence skills in multiple teams and stakeholders.
