Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in People Analytics
- Experience in technology companies or digital transformation environments
- Experience with AI applied to data analysis and efficiency gain
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Knowledge in Data Bricks or modern data environments
- Intermediate/Advanced English for conversation
