About the role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Optimization Manager to lead our organic search strategy across traditional and AI-driven channels. You’ll work on the forefront of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization), while integrating performance marketing strategies to maximize visibility and drive high-intent growth. This role requires deep technical SEO knowledge, familiarity with AI-powered search systems, and hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.

Location

All Chainstack roles are fully remote. To create the best experience for your future colleagues, this role is best suited for candidates based in European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a unified organic growth roadmap across SEO and AI-driven search ecosystems
• Structure, optimize, and evolve content and pages for emerging search formats including AI summaries, featured snippets, and voice search
• Own website performance as a growth channel, including technical health, indexation, crawlability, and conversion-critical paths
• Implement and maintain technical SEO foundations such as schema markup, structured data, and AI-readiness standards
• Maintain and extend the WordPress website at a technical level (HTML, JavaScript, templates) to support experimentation, speed, and scalability
• Plan and execute continuous SEO health audits, translating findings into prioritized, measurable improvements
• Monitor SEO, AEO, and on-site performance metrics, converting insights into scalable growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship optimization, experimentation, and performance improvements
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, X, LinkedIn) in alignment with organic growth strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical and on-page SEO

• Deep understanding of AI search behavior and structured data (Schema.org, LLMS.txt)

• Experience working with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

• Proven track record managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent written and spoken English
