Your Impact

As a Product Manager on the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) team, you will help expand the Product for new and vital use-cases, build integrations with partners, and build a great developer experience that makes developers excited to build on top of CRE. As the glue between our engineers, design, and other company stakeholders, you will drive, define, communicate, and help the team execute our CRE roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy & roadmap. Define a clear vision tied to business goals, maintain a prioritized roadmap, and communicate tradeoffs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive priorities and strategic direction that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives.

• Lead discovery. Identify customer problems via interviews, data, and competitive research; validate solutions with experiments and prototypes.

• Collaborate on driving the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams

• Drive delivery with cross-functional teams. Work closely with design and engineering to scope, sequence, and ship iterations that deliver customer and business value.

• Weigh difficult tradeoffs, taking into account product, customer, engineering, and security requirements against delivery time and resources

• Product lifecycle ownership. Manage features from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement/sunset.

• Coordinate GTM with Marketing, Sales, and Support, including positioning, launch readiness, and field enablement.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of product management experience, working as a product manager in a startup or fast-moving environment.

• Experience as a Product Manager with financial products and/or financial systems.

• Demonstrated skills of ownership and ability to drive/release products that have made a positive impact, you are proud of.

• Experience in collaborating effectively with the product team tripod (product, design, tech lead).

• Experience scaling Web3 or fintech platforms.

• Experience in a product or technical role that involved communication with engineering and delivery (ops/release/infrastructure) teams.
