How You'll Contribute...
- The primary point of contact for all accounts in your book of business, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth
- Onboard new accounts and set them up for success with our platform
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base
- Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives
- Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base
- Track various KPIs and performance metrics
What We're Looking For...
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of your work
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

- P&C insurance industry experience
- Health and/or medicare insurance industry experience
