We’re looking for a proactive and structured Project Management Manager to drive successful implementation projects and lead a high-performing team.

The role is all about innovation, best-class practices both in Project Management and Team Leadership for the growing state-of-the-art Software as a Service product implemented all over the world.

What You'll Do

Project Management
  • Own end-to-end project delivery: define scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop full-scale project plans and manage resource allocation
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and evaluations
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate the implementation team, fostering open communication and collaboration on international scale
  • Coach and develop team members, supporting their growth and well-being
  • Plan capacity, balance workloads, and ensure timely deliverables
  • Shield the team from distractions and remove impediments
  • Drive process improvements and enforce best practices

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of professional experience as PM in product-basedSoftware Development company
  • 2+ years of experience in leading and managing the team
  • Master in modern project management good practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban are minimum)
  • Strong skills in budgeting, documentation, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized, structured, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, constructive, and forward-thinking approach
  • Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts effectively
