The Global Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the organization and the Total Rewards team in planning, implementing, and administering our benefits programs across the globe. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, coordinate renewals across multiple regions, and be part of a team that designs programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. What you'll do here:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of benefits programs, policies, and projects (i.e. health & welfare and retirement benefits, vendor bill reconciliation, wellness initiatives, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the benefits team to develop and implement innovative solutions that support our talent and total rewards strategies.

  • Collaborate with brokers, consultants, and insurers to coordinate all administrative processes associated with annual benefit plan renewals across multiple countries.

  • Assist in the creation of benefits tools and resources and maintain both HR and organizational portals with relevant information. Maintain team project plans, monthly reporting, and other tracking/reporting mechanisms.

  • Leverage reporting tools to audit and clean up benefits data to ensure accuracy. Partner with vendors, HR and/or Payroll, as needed.

  • Participate on project teams to create new Workday tool/functionality, supporting the creation of requirements, testing and more.

  • Handle ongoing invoice and billing activities for benefits team.

  • Support government compliance reporting efforts.

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of proven experience in benefits, HR shared services, HR operations, or project management role(s).

  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, global experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills.

  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Tools. Workday experience strongly preferred.

  • Digitally savvy and comfortable with technology; above average proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization in a matrixed environment.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills.

  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated problem solver.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and easily adapt to changing priorities.

  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve in total rewards trends and best practices.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
