Cengage Group is seeking a Client Relations Manager to manage and deliver talent pipeline services to new and existing corporate clients. The role will involve guiding new corporate clients through post-contract onboarding processes, managing client success and service delivery, and analyzing and improving organizational processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful operations, talent acquisition, client services, or related experience
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Ability to interact professionally with Vice Presidents and Director level staff within clients
- Customer-focused mentality and ability to work with diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
