In 1984, a group of 21 entrepreneurs in Gothenburg, Sweden, envisioned a new approach to international marketing and distribution of raw materials related to the global Pulp and Paper Industry. This founding insight grew into CellMark, an employee-owned independent supply chain services company that now connects suppliers and customers across 120+ markets worldwide. Over nearly four decades, the company evolved from its roots in forest products trading into a diversified global enterprise with five international divisions: Pulp, Packaging & Paper, Recycling, Chemicals, and Basic Materials, later expanding into Plastics, Energy, and CellMark Ingredients.

Today, CellMark's approximately 1,000 professionals operate in more than 30 countries, generating over USD 3.7 billion in annual operating revenue while handling 7 million tons of products annually.
