Outsourcing Lead

We are seeking an Outsourcing Lead to drive collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and external development partners, ensuring outsourced work meets our business standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in game development, including production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership
• Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing
• Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming (ideally more than one)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships
