Founded in 1979, we have grown from a small community concern into a comprehensive agency serving thousands of individuals and families in the Portland metro area each year. We believe that homelessness is a complex problem that requires a holistic solution, which is why we integrate affordable housing with direct social services, including healthcare, recovery, and employment assistance.
