Job Summary

The Insight Change Manager is responsible for working with functional workstream colleagues to identify, conceptualize, and implement activities to ensure the successful use of Insight across the agency. S/he is well-versed in business process, people, and cultural change aspects of Insight across different business functions in CRS, support learning opportunities and resources, and manage Insight-related communications, engagement, and feedback channels to support increased knowledge and proficiency. The Insight Change Manager ensures Insight utilization and drive adoption to meet CRS needs.

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current approaches to change management, including communications, onboarding resources, stakeholder engagement, and learning.
  • Lead and collaborate with Insight Team, Sponsors, and key stakeholders to refine the change management approach and activities moving forward.
  • Liaise with HQ, regional and country leadership to continually evaluate gaps and opportunities.
  • Work with the Insight team to regularly assess stakeholder engagement and user adoption using both system metrics and regular feedback loops to inform action.
  • Lead the Insight Learning Program, collaborate with the Insight Team to provide relevant multi-lingual learning objects for users, and maintain the Insight resource library.
  • Develop presentations and communications: draft, vet, finalize, and translate presentations and communications to be sent by the Insight Team and/or Sponsors.
  • Support the Insight team and user community understanding around issues of Insight access, personas, and role mapping.
  • Coach Insight team in matters related to change management and communications.
  • As appropriate, liaise with Marketing and Communications team to create multi-lingual communications assets such as videos, newsletter/updates and other materials within the communications plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or other relevant fields/
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related area.
  • Practical experience, knowledge, and application of change management principles, methodologies, tools.
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented, international, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognized certifications in Organizational Change Management strongly preferred
  • One full life-cycle of Enterprise Resource Planning implementation strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with information visualization techniques

  • High level of comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Inquisitive and proactive
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

Required Languages - Fluency in spoken and written English; Spanish and/or French a plus

Travel – Estimated 25%[ travel, including international (e.g. learning events) and domestic (e.g. headquarters meetings)

Internal: Insight project team, Insight Sponsors, Insight stakeholders across the agency, Senior Advisor for Strategy and Change Management

External: Service providers and implementation partners; peer organization staff
