As the Communication & Marketing Projects Lead, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless communication within the company and spearheading innovative marketing projects that align with our mission.

Your daily focus will include: employer branding, internal communications, and strategic guidance for events.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:

• Create, implement and lead an internal communications strategy;

• Establish a standard for how information is communicated within the company;

• Be the go-to person for management on all internal communications matters;

• Collaborate with HR and other senior representatives to announce key company news, initiatives, and other important updates.

EMPLOYER BRANDING:

• Develop and lead the employer branding strategy (external & internal);

• Implement this strategy by managing employer branding campaigns in collaboration with PR and social media teams;

• Collaborate with the HR team to align external/internal communication and employee experience.

EVENTS:

• Overlook all carVertical events (internal and external) from a strategic perspective and provide guidance for the team if needed.

Besides these projects, you’ll be managing a team of two people and ensuring the high quality of the team’s work, setting goals, OKRs, etc.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in the field of communication, particularly in employer branding, internal communication, events, or any of these areas;

• Proven experience in team management;

• Strong project management skills, capable of handling various projects ranging from small internal initiatives to large external cross-team campaigns;

• Creative and proactive in generating and passionately leading ideas and projects;

• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration;

• Excellent time management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment;

• Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to ask insightful questions at the right time;

• Collaborative team player;

• Inspirational leadership for your team and colleagues;

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects happening at the same time.

Gross salary range from 3400 EUR/month.
