How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

To serve as the administrator of Workday, our ERP system, for the leaning and talent suite. Administrate Workday and support and work of other operational areas in HR. Provide level two help desk support. Act as an internal consultant to the entire organization, coordinating release and change management as the evolves and the organizational needs change. Supports upgrades to Workday through testing, training and providing help desk support. To serves as one of the primary liaisons to the vendor. Coordinate integration management with our IT partners.

  • Serves as internal consultant to HR and Carilion for the Workday learning and talent functionality.
  • Service ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain established reports and dashboards.
  • Support EIB workflows related to mass assignments for training and performance reviews.
  • Manage change requests for business process configurations.
  • Coordinate with ERP administrators for other Workday functional areas: HCM Core, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.
  • Partner with our Education & Organizational Development team on their learning initiatives. Partner with the HR Performance Mangement team on annual review process and delivery.

What We Require:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Experience: 5 years of Workday learning or talent experience.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity with a variety of reporting tools and skills with statistical analysis. Experience with industry standard e-learning formats such as a SCORM and AICC. Knowledge of adult learning, e-learning, and distance learning principles. Advanced ability to work with Microsoft applications; especially Excel and Teams. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and work across department boundaries independently. Ability to manage multiple projects and time. Must be organized, able to research and analyze information in order to make appropriate decisions.
