Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Analyst to work closely with business subject matter experts to design, build, and test Pendo data and content to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of our software products. The Product Analyst will also assist in maintaining internal product dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the business, strategically drive adoption and engagement with our legal practice management software.
  • As a member of the Product team, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience.
  • Specifically, you will work with internal teams (ie. product managers, product UX designers, technical writers, customer support, marketing, other business SMEs, training) to help develop, build, test, and maintain Pendo content, integrations and reporting.
  • You will enhance and further develop Pendo governance processes, ensure compliance and conduct regular cadence of cross-functional meetings to facilitate these processes.
  • Support Pendo user administration and enable data distribution to the right user or user groups (ELT, SLT, etc.), in the appropriate format, and in a timely matter
  • Design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
  • Set up measures for data analytics, based on defined requirements; and support measurement and evaluation of the impact of solutions developed against KPIs.
  • Seek feedback and obtain consensus across stakeholders from initiation through final approval.

Requirements

  • Position requires intermediate/expert-level skills in digital adoption technology, preferably Pendo.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills needed.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities is a priority.
  • A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences is necessary.
  • Ensures lessons learned applied to future efforts
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, workflows, videos, or pictures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand a problem and test from multiple angles to derive the best path to resolution.
  • Ability to gather and define technical requirements needed.
  • Ability to analyze data to enable data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to explain concepts and processes simply and concisely is necessary.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented and conscientious about meeting deadlines and follow through
  • Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines required.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Pendo certification a plus.

  • Experience with any of the following: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Domo

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $95,000 - $110,000 CAD. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
