Job Summary:

The Print Production Analyst III manages print and mail projects with varying degrees of complexity, and executes through to accurate and timely completion, promptly reports issues and maintaining issue resolution.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as subject matter expert in print, inventory management, and distribution; provide expertise to support large-scope organizational initiatives
  • Execute projects through all phases of project lifecycle ensuring that all deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with Marketing in direct support of the brand strategy
  • Monitor and analyze daily reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; forecast future material needs, anticipate change, and plan for growth
  • Identify entire impact of compliance related materials and understand implications for changes
  • Research and identify the impact of material updates, in a commitment to excellence and quality
  • Ownership of highly regulated crosswalks; report timely updates
  • Develop detailed instructions for the implementation of complex fulfillment projects
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to in the distribution of materials
  • Partner with external vendors daily to maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Oversee inventoried materials and inventory reports to maintain required inventory levels
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting, pulling data from multiple sources, as requested by business partners
  • Manage a significant yearly budget; identify cost savings opportunities by obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and making recommendations
  • Serve as designee for resolving issues related to new member kits and ID cards, in collaboration with Enrollment and IT
  • Perform any other job related instructions as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of purchasing and project management experience in printing and fulfillment is required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of automated mailing, information system integration and experience with system files for print and mail service is required

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and web to print solutions
  • Knowledge of print methodologies, postal regulations and requirements
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional project management and process skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Exceptional ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:

$61,500.00 - $98,400.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
