Summary
This is a summer internship, working with Helios HR to service client accounts and build strong relationships with internal team members. The position requires day to day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications.
Responsibilities
- Receive mentoring and coaching by supervisors
- Experience hands-on job training
- Undergo a formal evaluation and feedback process
- Collaborate on projects
- Attend and participate in business and professional meetings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service oriented
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Cultivating relationship ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
- Be able to initiate and follow through with independent projects
- Proven client management expertise
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in same time frame
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Junior or senior of a four-year university preferred
