Lead Cybersecurity Engineer - Remote inside México

About the role:

You´ll participate with top Clients as Cybersecurity Lead in a variety of industries

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent (Master Degree in Cybersecurity would be a great plus)
• More than 5 years of professional experience in implementing Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and IT for business critical projects
• Experience in business organization and quality management domains
• Ensure compliance to Group Security baseline
• Support Capgemini internal stakeholders with regard to cybersecurity posture
• Support Business to comply with client requirements along with GIT Security teams
• Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies best practices and international standards
• Advanced knowledge of Risk Management and international standards
• Manage cyber risks for the perimeter at a global level with focus within the two (2) countries composing the ER&D perimeter of the Americas: Canada or the USA.
• Ensure compliance with Global / local laws & regulations
• Lead/support standards certification expectations (ISO27K, TISAX), willingness and ability to obtain ISO27001 or TISAX certification and prepare and manage external audits for those certifications
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns, and trends
• Manage Cyber Communication & Awareness program
• Advance English Communication (C1 or higher), good teamwork skills, analysis and preparation of reports and presentations.
