Job Responsibilities

Your Mission:

• Work closely with the Accounts Payable Product Manager to research, gather requirements, and analyze business processes;
• Through market and user research, define product value for building out the vendor/supplier invoice management, and connection to payment solution;
• Capture feedback from customers to drive customer satisfaction across various industries, including domestic and global markets;
• Utilize strategic thinking and attention to detail to understand invoicing, vendor aging, and payment requirements;
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization;
• Collaborate with colleagues in product, engineering, operations, and other critical functions to implement enhancements effectively;
• Occasionally lead usability studies, customer research, and competitive product analysis to better understand customer needs and workflows;
• Demonstrate confident and effective communication skills, both written and oral, when presenting to product leaders, customers, and technical staff;
• Analyze user feedback and data to optimize the product usability.

Profile:

• Degree in accounting, finance, computer sciences or related fields;
• Understand financial workflow, accounting methods and trends;
• 5+ years hands on experience in product management;
• Be flexible in working across time zones to conduct customer research, attend customer calls, meetings, and host collaboration design meetings;
• Must have excellent written and verbal fluent English and communication skills;
• Strong collaboration skills working with people from different departments together toward a common objective;
• Experience working with a SaaS (software as a service) type application/solution is a big plus.
