We are Cape Analytics, and we're passionate about providing instant property intelligence for buildings across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Our journey began in 2014 with a vision: to leverage the power of AI and geospatial imagery to transform how property risk and value are understood. We enable insurers, financial institutions, and other property stakeholders to access valuable property attributes at the time of underwriting, offering accuracy and detail that traditionally required an on-site inspection, but with the speed and coverage of property record pre-fill. Our technology is built on a foundation of cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning, allowing us to extract proprietary property data from geospatial imagery. This means we can provide critical insights into the built environment, empowering better decision-making and helping to protect both lives and livelihoods.

At Cape Analytics, we serve foundational industries such as residential and commercial property insurance, as well as real estate and mortgage. We're proud to be backed by leading venture firms and comprised of experts in computer vision, AI, and risk analysis. Our platform delivers over 120 novel risk-predictive property insights, derived by applying machine learning and computer vision to multiple geospatial imagery sources and other data types. These insights range from roof condition and age to yard debris, solar panels, and accurate living area square footage. We're committed to helping our clients optimize their inspection programs, facilitate underwriting automation, align coverage and rates with risk, and ultimately enhance the customer experience. We believe that by providing precise and actionable property intelligence, we're helping to shape a more informed and resilient future for the built world. In early 2025, we were acquired by Moody's, a move that will allow us to further enhance our offerings and provide even more in-depth, property-specific data to our customers.
