The Executive Operations role is integral to enabling the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to perform at their very best. This role combines high-trust executive partnership with operational ownership across Marketing, strengthening how the organisation runs at scale.
Requirements
- Combine executive partnership with real operational ownership — working directly alongside Canva’s CMO and Marketing Chief of Staff to keep Marketing running at its best.
- Own the CMO's strategic operating rhythm — not just the calendar
- Drive important cross-functional programs that touch all of Marketing
- Turn ambiguous initiatives into clear, trackable plans
- Keep stakeholders across global teams aligned and moving
- Maintain visibility on milestones, deliverables and timelines
- Drive seamless operations behind our biggest marketing moments — think Cannes, Canva Create, Droptober, global offsites and major launches
- Raise risks early and propose solutions
- Build and improve scalable workflows that increase organisational effectiveness
