Intern - Sales
Location: Fully Remote, USA
Job Overview:
ExploreLearning is seeking a Sales Intern. Our Sales Intern will assist Regional Sales Managers with lead follow-up in open regions, in support of specific math and science curriculum products. Work with Regional Managers to set priorities and strategies on a weekly basis. Provide timely daily qualification of incoming leads, and support of marketing campaigns in targeted areas.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that incoming Contact Forms are responded to within one (1) business day.
Ensure that each incoming Product Trial receives a minimum of five (5) outbound contacts during the standard 30 day period. Refer sales opportunities to Manager.
Reach out and qualify all Reflex and Frax grant applications within one (1) week of submission to ensure they are active and receive product training in a timely manner.
Follow up and qualify all incoming Conference leads, with a target of three (3) outbound contacts within two (2) weeks following the event.
Respond to Demo Requests, work with manager to schedule product presentation.
Respond to all other incoming customer requests and forward internally, based on need and type (request for quote, subscription support, or technical support.)
Maintain an updated database, with focus on Contact records.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
Experience or interest in consultative sales.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work with others and follow detailed instructions.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or Equivalent.
Experience or background in K-12 education, preferably Math or Science.
Experience with Salesforce or similar customer database.
