ABOUT US

Calibrate is on a mission to change the way the world treats weight by redefining obesity care as a matter of biology, not willpower. Designed by world leaders in metabolic health, our program combines clinical research, personalized coaching, and lifestyle intervention to deliver lasting weight loss and improved metabolic outcomes. With obesity as America’s largest chronic condition, impacting 175mm adults in a $600B market, we’re closing the care gap by offering the first value-based model in obesity treatment.

Since launching Direct-to-Consumer in 2020, we’ve expanded into Enterprise channels to improve access, and our app-based experience supports members with coaching, tailored education, daily tracking, and community engagement across the four pillars of metabolic health: food, sleep, exercise, and emotional wellbeing.

Calibrate's approach is built upon extensive academic research and is designed to be accessible to a broad audience. The program integrates FDA-approved GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) medications with a proprietary, holistic curriculum and one-on-one virtual coaching. This combination is engineered to induce a metabolic reset, leading to sustainable weight loss and improvements in overall health that extend beyond the scale. The goal is to empower members to achieve a new, healthier day-to-day life by addressing the biological factors that influence weight.

The company's platform provides a structured, year-long metabolic reset program that focuses on the 'Four Pillars of Metabolic Health': food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health. Members receive personalized guidance from their dedicated coaching team through bi-weekly video sessions, helping them to implement gradual, sustainable lifestyle modifications. The clinical aspect of the program involves telemedicine consultations with doctors who may prescribe appropriate GLP-1 medications, which are known for their efficacy in managing weight.
