How you will achieve success:
- Creates visually compelling digital marketing assets for diverse brand partners, with strong technical and design skills proven across a wide range of projects.
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting all personal and team deadlines.
- Easily shifts between projects with different visual styles, tackling design challenges with innovative, user- and client-centered solutions.
- Demonstrates strong project coordination and time-management skills; may guide interns, associate designers, and contributor-level teammates.

Experiences that will help you in this role:
- Brings 4+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting and 2+ years creating Amazon-focused designs, supported by a strong e-commerce portfolio and exceptional design test performance.
- Demonstrates mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, expert-level typography, spacing, hierarchy, and advanced color theory application.
- Shows deep understanding of designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms, ensuring cohesive desktop and mobile experiences.
- Communicates effectively in English and is able to work a US schedule with reliable computer and internet access.
- Offers strong technical capability and proven experience delivering high-quality, platform-optimized design work.
