About the Company
We are a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS company with operations spanning more than 14 countries. With a dynamic product suite and a global customer base, our business is scaling rapidly and with complexity.
Why Buxton?
Buxton is a market leader in retail customer analytics, empowering brands with data-driven insights across all channels. Following our recent acquisitions of Elevar—a cutting-edge conversion tracking platform for fast-scaling e-commerce brands—and Audiense, an innovative consumer intelligence and social insights platform, we have expanded our capabilities to become an omnichannel data powerhouse. These strategic moves further accelerate our mission to deliver deep consumer insights and help drive meaningful connections between brands and their consumers both in person and online. Now, more than ever, our go-to-market teams rely on a strong operational backbone to drive alignment, efficiency, and results across the funnel.
Role Overview
We’re not running a traditional RevOps team. We’re building for scale — better systems, smarter processes, and AI baked into everything we do. With Elevar and Audiense in the mix, the complexity has grown, but so has the opportunity to build something that actually works.
This GTM Analyst role is right in the middle of it.
You’ll own scoring models, lead flow, and account assignment — making sure we’re targeting the right people at the right time. You’ll partner across sales ops and marketing ops to make ABM more than just a buzzword. This role is about making the engine run smarter — through automation, clean data, and visibility into what’s working and what’s not.
We move fast. We don’t micromanage. If you like building, want to stretch your skillset, and care about doing work that actually drives pipeline — this is it.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Operationalize Scoring Models – Build and iterate on account and contact scoring models using first- and third-party data to improve targeting and conversion.
- Optimize Lead Flow & Assignment – Own lead routing, account assignment, and recycling logic to drive speed-to-lead and rep efficiency.
- Drive Cross-Functional GTM Strategy – Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps on funnel KPIs, campaign planning, and ABM execution.
- Build ABM Infrastructure – Develop the backend systems and segmentation logic to support scalable account-based marketing.
- Scale through Automation – Identify and eliminate manual processes by improving system design and implementing automation.
- Analyze Performance – Build dashboards and reporting to track what’s working across campaigns, lead sources, and segments.
- Embed AI and Smart Tooling – Work with platform owners to integrate AI and predictive tools into Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems.
- Support Funnel Planning and Forecasting – Collaborate with leadership to measure funnel health, lead source performance, and GTM impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills; experience with tools like Excel, Looker, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to marketing and sales analytics.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement.
Expectations for Success
Within the first few weeks, you will:
- Ramp quickly on our GTM systems, data structure, and scoring models
- Dig into what’s live — lead flows, assignments, campaign performance — and flag what’s slowing us down
- Ship one quick win: a fix to a process, a scoring tweak, or a visibility gap closed
This role isn’t about following a playbook — it’s about helping write it. You’ll shape how we scale GTM motion across the org. If you want high ownership, room to build, and the ability to influence what gets done and how, this is the role.
