We are looking for an HCM Business Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for the HR technical team. The ideal candidate enjoys learning, change, solving complex problems, and working with a high performing team while possessing excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 4-6 years of professional experience in HCM, Payroll, HR, or Benefits processing/administration, or combination of similar relevant experience
- PC proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills to create effective technical documentation and/or user training materials as required
