We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow application. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules.
Requirements
- BS Degree and in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years' experience.
- Service Now Certification
- Must had SME knowledge level in ITSM, HR and Source-to-Pay and ITIL
- Communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization
