Group CRM Business Analyst

Location: Remote homebased, with travel requirements globally (c. 30%)

About the role

As a Group CRM Business Analyst you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to support the delivery of the CRM roadmap and adoption of enterprise best practices. You’ll work to understand the business requirements and transform them into technical requirements, while facilitating the implementation of changes and improvements. This is a great opportunity to support the simplification and enhancement of our CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders, across all divisions and globally to support the delivery of the CRM roadmap and adoption of enterprise best practices.
  • Adopt a business partnering approach, encouraging cross-team working and knowledge sharing through regular meetings and communications.
  • Create, update, coordinate and deliver timely and impactful training, coaching, dashboards, reports and communications for leaders, managers, super users and users, with a focus of accelerating behavioral change and adoption of enterprise best practice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the simplification and enhancement of our CRM platforms and our preparedness for a single instance, with the aim of providing an optimized user and client experience.
  • Respond to all queries and actively encourage idea generation across the business.
  • Provide triage and guidance to BSI stakeholders for change and optimisation demand requests prior to IT submission.
  • Ensure requests align to the CRM roadmap priorities and best practice.
  • Arrange and monitor the effectiveness of UAT testing, implementation and impact of the changes once deployed.
  • Document, maintain, update and enhance our end-to-end CRM processes, ensuring changes are tracked, approved and communicated.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in supporting the implementation, adoption and optimisation of commercial CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable end to end project management and ownership.
  • Previous experience with stakeholder engagement and management to senior leadership level.
  • Proven commercial and sales enablement success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • High level of proactive problem solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
